Following complete refurbishment and upgrade, an ATLAS loader was returned to Afghanistan. Soon after delivery, an urgent technical support enquiry was received indicating a problem with the equipment. Telephone advice was provided, but it was clear that a presence on site was required. Within 24 hours, an AMSS Field Engineer was on site in Afghanistan. The loader was found to be fully serviceable; the problem was due to operator error, but this clearly demonstrated our capabilities in providing rapid product support response.
